You can submit your ISA certification number to the live chat or Q&A during the live webinars, or to the [email protected] email address anytime. You may also submit your information in the comment section on the webinar page in your library on the Learn Trees website. ISA requires your full ISA certification number including the chapter, number and credential type (example AA-1234A). ISA will not post CEUs using your CSID number.

All Learn Trees classes are pre-approved by ISA for the listed number of CEUs. This means that ISA requires the continuing education provider (Learn Trees) to submit CEU records for all training classes, so we do that for you. Please do not send CEU requests to ISA through the post-approval portal. ISA customer service gives a standard estimate of 4-6 weeks to process and post CEUs to your account following class attendance.

For recorded classes, just click on the “Mark as Complete” button on the page for the class in your library on the Learn Trees website when you are done watching. It’s an easy way to show you completed the class, and helps you track your progress!

Learn Trees submits CEUs to ISA within 48 hours of your class completion. However, ISA customer service gives a standard estimate of 4-6 weeks to process and post CEUs once they receive them from us. If you do not see CEUs for completed classes listed in your ISA CEU record within 4-6 weeks following attendance, please contact us at [email protected] so we can follow up with ISA to resolve any issues.

The ISA Ethics Committee may authorize a deadline extension for your certification of up to 6 weeks if you have not already been granted one during your current certification period. You must contact ISA at 1-678-367-0981 to request an extension.

Unfortunately, ISA does not allow for CEU based renewal for the TRAQ qualification. If you are TRAQ qualified, you must attend an in-person renewal class given by an approved ISA TRAQ instructor to maintain your qualification when one is available in your area. Recorded classes are available to view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through your library on the Learn Trees website.

No! There is no time limit to view recorded classes so you can watch whenever it is convenient for you. However, CEUs for recorded classes may only be submitted once, and must be applied within 4 years of the original class production date.

Classes can be viewed as many times as you would like. There is no limit.

All class presentations and supplemental materials are available to download on the right side of the screen on the class page in your library on the Learn Trees website.

In addition to the ISA Certified Arborist credential, certain Learn Trees classes have available CEUs listed for specialist credentials and/or BCMA categories. Class CEUs will be applied to your ISA Certified Arborist Credential by default unless you are BCMA certified. ISA awards BCMA categories automatically as listed. If a class has listed CEUs available for your specialist credential, you must contact ISA customer service at 1-678-367-0981 and request that those credits be applied to that credential. Please be aware that CEUs may be applied to one type of credential only (Certified Arborist or Specialist Credential, not both) and must have the appropriate specialist CEUs listed. Please contact Learn Trees for the appropriate course code for your request.

Possibly. We are happy to submit Learn Trees classes for CEU approval to other certifying or licensing organizations and/or agencies on request.
